Generally, the compression amount of the mold spring is calculated according to 300,000 times. That is to say, the mold may have no force when it is used for 300,000 times. Of course, the life of the general stamping die is not so long, and the maximum compression amount can also be calculated. If the amount of compression is calculated, it can only guarantee that the spring does not explode inside the mold. The mold is pressed a little and it is good for product flatness.
