Application and classification of springs in the industry

In electromechanical and electronic products, there are three main categories of springs with larger amounts:

Application of various types of springs

The spring is a small component, but it pervades every corner of life, and its role cannot be underestimated. Common springs include extension springs, compression springs, bending springs and torsion springs. Extension springs are used in bows and arrows and trebuchets. The use environment is unlimited and can be used in high temperature and high corrosive environments; torsion springs are used in machinery. The balance mechanism, such as automobiles, machine tools, electrical appliances and other industrial production; compression springs are used in various types of home appliances to motor equipment, motors, etc. Spring materials that work at low temperature, such as carbon spring steel wire, piano steel wire and 1Cr18Ni9 austenitic stainless steel spring steel wire, copper alloy, nickel alloy, have good low temperature toughness; medium and small springs can choose reinforced steel wire; Large and medium-sized springs can be made of cold-drawn material or polished steel after cold-drawing. Different springs have different strengths, temperatures, electrical conductivity or magnetic conductivity, so choose a suitable spring.
